Our fees range from €40 to €70 depending on location. To view fees or to easily book & manage your appointment online, simply choose your preferred location below to visit that clinic’s page and book an appointment by selecting the time and date that suits you.
If this is your first time booking online with us, you will need to register an account as your first step. Return bookings will need to sign into their account. Please note that the appointment will only be successfully booked when payment goes through and you receive an appointment confirmation email (in addition to the email confirming account registration, if it is your first time).

Payment Procedure
For the duration of COVID-19, in line with our infection control policy, we are requesting pre-payment for all appointments. This is in place to minimise risk and protect our patients and clinical team.
You will get a receipt at the end of each session which can be used for tax or health insurance companies. Please see below for further relevant information on private health insurance, as you may be eligible for your insurer to fully foot your bill (full details also available on your individual policy documents).
Health Insurance Member Benefits
Are you covered by your private medical insurance? We work with all major insurers – Vhi, Laya and Irish Life. We recommend you check your own policy for its terms and conditions to see what cover you have.
If you wish to book in for a specific member benefit please mention this at the time of booking so we can ensure we can accommodate your request.
Friends of Spectrum Health Information
Our Friends of Spectrum Health Discount is open to companies, sports clubs and organisations with 20 or more employees or members.
If you would like to enquire further about this discount, send us your company, sports club or organisation's information, name and contact details and we will be in touch to arrange the Friends of Spectrum Health Discount for your members. Please contact connect@spectrumhealth.ie for more details.

Returns Policy
You may return your purchase for a full credit of the purchase price if the items are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be suitable for resale and in the original packaging.
Used items are non-returnable. Items that were purchased greater than 30 days but less than 60 days are returnable but subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the credit issued to your credit card. Items purchased greater than 60 days are not refundable. Purchases of Medical devices, including but not limited to, Respiratory Care Devices, Prescription Orthotics, TENS and Muscle Stimulation Devices, Exercise Equipment, Walkaide and Home Diagnostic Equipment may be returned for a complete refund if the product is damaged or defective. Used products that are not defective and that are prescription devices (eg orthotics) or that go on the skin or touches the skin during normal use cannot be returned as they cannot be restocked for cross infection purposes.
If you wish to return an item, simply email customer service anytime and include the invoice number, item number, and quantity you wish to return. Within 2 days you will receive your Return Authorization number as well as the return shipping address to ship the item. Write the Return Authorization number on a prepaid shipping label and return the item to the location provided.
Spectrum Health and The Physio Company can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, email us (centraladmin@thephysiocompany.com) or call (016799685) to notify us.
